About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Analyst to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly. You will be responsible for managing networks, servers, security, and user support, making a real impact on our educational mission.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Cisco and Cisco Meraki network equipment, including routers, switches, and structured cabling.
• Manage on‑premise and cloud servers (Azure, VMware, Active Directory).
• Control and monitor CCTV systems (Meraki, Hikvision).
• Provide workplace/help‑desk support, handling tickets in GLPI, supporting Microsoft 365, and assisting end users.
• Maintain IT security through firewalls, backup solutions, and access‑control management.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar infrastructure roles.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Windows Server) are a plus.
• Advanced English is desirable.
• Service‑oriented attitude with availability for technical emergencies.
