About the role

The Business Advisor will develop restaurant and retail franchise units, ensuring they follow operational manuals, achieve significant sales volumes, and maintain high standards of service, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the sale of new franchise opportunities to drive business growth.
• Analyze potential customer traffic at proposed franchise locations to confirm viability before approval.
• Verify franchisee installation setup to ensure compliance with quality and brand image standards.
• Coordinate training for franchisees and their staff on Good Manufacturing Practices, operational processes, service techniques, and equipment performance.
• Supervise franchise points of sale, monitor adherence to standards, and create action plans when necessary.
• Advise franchisees on trade marketing, product promotion, personnel management, and performance indicators to secure POS positioning and profitability.
• Monitor sales trends to guarantee growth at each point of sale.
• Develop recovery and growth plans for critical locations together with the zone supervisor, aiming for quick resolution and customer recovery.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a commercial or franchise business advisor.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel locally on a frequent basis.
• Flexible schedule availability.
