About the role

Coca‑Cola FEMSA is looking for an Audit Assistant to support internal audit and control activities related to material handling, inventory and logistics. The role will involve reviewing, validating and analysing financial, operational and administrative information to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control material and inventory operations.
• Receive and dispatch goods, verifying quantities and documentation.
• Track shipments and receipts between distribution centers and plants.
• Execute inventory control and monitoring.
• Perform reconciliations with distribution centers and plants, applying adjustments within policy timelines.
• Manage documentation of warehouse outputs, ensuring daily controls and monthly integration in the system.
• Monitor loading and unloading of units.
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies in movements and inventories.
• Prepare reports and keep operational information up‑to‑date.
• Ensure adherence to established controls and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as checker, assistant or similar in warehouse, logistics or audit.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Academic background nearing completion in Business Administration, Auditing or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, responsibility, analytical thinking, result orientation, proactivity and critical thinking.
