About the role
The Warehouse Assistant supports the distribution process by preparing customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe storage area, and assisting the manager with product delivery and invoicing when needed. The role ensures timely and accurate deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy, safety, and service level standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse to meet hygiene and safety expectations.
- Assist the warehouse manager with product delivery coordination and client invoicing as required.
Required profile
- Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or customer‑service role, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods distribution.
