Bilingual ESC Procurement Specialist

About the role

SpartanX is looking for a highly organized Bilingual ESC Procurement Specialist to support its Electrical Service Center and field electrical operations. The role involves sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and coordinating electrical materials and equipment for ESC teams across multiple markets, while communicating fluently in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase electrical materials, equipment, and supplies for service work.
• Review material requests, obtain vendor pricing, and create purchase orders.
• Track orders from request to delivery, coordinate pickups, and ensure material availability before fieldwork.
• Manage vendor relationships, research new suppliers, and resolve pricing or supply‑chain issues.
• Support ESC electricians and field teams by identifying required components and addressing urgent material needs.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, electrical supply, construction materials, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical materials and components.
