Commercial District Manager – Guatemala

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial District Manager to lead a high‑performing sales and service team in Guatemala. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, profitability and customer retention while ensuring operational excellence across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales and service professionals.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer retention in the district.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and implement corrective action plans.
• Identify market opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and customer‑service standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading commercial, sales or service teams.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and profitability.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within Guatemala as required.
