About the role

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on tracking, analyzing, and reporting production costs to support financial decision‑making. The position is 100% onsite in Villa Nueva.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update cost accounting records for all manufacturing processes.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and variance analyses for management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities with accurate cost data.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure cost data integrity.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Public Accounting and/or Auditing.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite.
