About the role

We are looking for a Digital Platforms Coordinator who will design and implement digital solutions and process automations using Microsoft technologies. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and providing data‑driven insights for business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Design and develop solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Create dashboards and key performance indicators using Power BI to monitor results and support decision‑making.
• Assess the feasibility, impact and benefits of automation initiatives, considering efficiency, cost savings and productivity.
• Collaborate with regional teams, risk, technology and business units to coordinate platform enhancements.
• Administer and provide functional support for digital service and automation platforms used across the organization.

Required profile

• Degree or final year in Systems Engineering, Business Administration with a technology focus, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, continuous improvement or developing technology solutions for business areas.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, analyse processes and propose technology solutions that add value.
