DevOps Engineer (Azure & On-Premise) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on Azure‑based and on‑premise projects across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters on Azure and on‑premise environments.
• Manage Azure cloud resources, including networking, storage, and security configurations.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Support physical data‑center infrastructure, virtualization (OpenStack, QEMU, Hyper‑V) and automation tools.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code with Ansible and Terraform.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
• Integrate security hardening, SIEM (Wazuh) and vulnerability scanning (Snyk, SonarQube) into pipelines.
• Plan disaster‑recovery strategies and automate backups (e.g., AWS S3 Glacier).

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of scaling and maintaining production Kubernetes environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on large, complex systems.
