Diseñador Arquitectónico Junior

About the role

LXG Arquitectura is seeking a Junior Architectural Designer with a strong design sensibility, excellent graphic abilities, and a keen interest in 3D modeling, rendering, construction details, and workshop drawings. The role involves contributing to architectural, commercial, and interior projects while collaborating closely with the design and planning team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models from concepts, plans, and references.
• Create renders and visual material with proper composition, lighting, materials, and ambiance.
• Produce workshop drawings, construction details, and custom furniture plans.
• Support the production and updating of architectural and interior plans.
• Translate conceptual proposals into clear, coherent, buildable solutions.
• Research materials, systems, references, and applicable solutions for each project.
• Prepare presentations and graphic documentation for clients, suppliers, and execution teams.
• Incorporate observations and corrections in an organized and timely manner.
• Verify dimensions, levels, materials, specifications, and consistency across plans, models, and renders.
• Maintain project files correctly named, organized, and stored according to LXG standards.
• Utilize artificial‑intelligence tools to enhance creative exploration, productivity, and deliverable quality.
• Coordinate work with designers, planners, suppliers, and construction staff.

Required profile

• Architect with at least 3 years of verifiable experience.
• Previous experience in architectural design, interior design, visualization, or technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret plans and design guidelines, and openness to feedback.
• Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with D5 Render or equivalent visualization tools.
• Knowledge of diagramming and post‑production tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to design.
