About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Graphic Designer to join our creative agency. You will turn briefs into compelling visual concepts that work across multiple media and resonate with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop ideas for campaigns, product launches, promotions and brand experiences.
• Create key visuals, moodboards, storyboards and visual proposals.
• Present and defend creative concepts to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adapt campaigns for digital, social media, OOH, point‑of‑sale and print formats.
• Participate in photography, audiovisual production and packaging projects.
• Leverage generative AI tools to explore and enhance visual concepts.

Required profile

• Formal training in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in visual creativity or art direction, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience working with mass‑consumer brands and presenting concepts to clients.
• Curious, creative, solution‑oriented and proactive, with a strong storytelling mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience using generative AI tools in the creative process.
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual criteria and conceptual ability.
