About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Banking Executive to provide personalized financial advisory and drive business growth through our group’s product portfolio. The role focuses on managing high‑profile corporate clients, building strategic relationships with CEOs, shareholders and key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and serve potential corporate clients to expand the portfolio.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, delivering proactive, high‑quality service.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with commercial and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, sales and effective communication abilities.
• Dynamic, results‑oriented with a strategic and innovative mindset.
