Ejecutivo Banca Premium (Entry Level)

About the role

The Premium Banking Executive will be responsible for driving portfolio growth of sight deposits and fixed-term accounts, delivering optimal service to assigned clients, and prospecting new high‑value customers to strengthen their relationship with the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Promote deposit and placement products to existing and new clients to increase engagement and profitability.
• Plan and schedule visits with the assigned client portfolio to ensure coverage and close business opportunities.
• Follow up on client requests and ensure clear, timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Student in the final year or graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, with flexible availability.
• Experience in acquiring and managing high‑value clients and delivering standard investment solutions for personal banking.
• Strong numerical aptitude, communication abilities, conflict‑resolution skills, time‑management, and interpersonal relations.
• Dynamic, results‑oriented, with strategic and innovative mindset.
