About the role

The Corporate Business Executive will manage an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring efficient administration of financial products, strengthening commercial relationships, and delivering profitable, growth‑oriented results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the corporate client portfolio, meeting targets for profitability, growth and service quality.
• Monitor key indicators such as financial margin, credit risk, product usage and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in client companies.
• Identify business opportunities by deeply understanding each client’s financial needs.
• Propose personalized financial solutions covering credit, investment, treasury, insurance and transactional services.
• Coordinate with internal teams (risk, operations, product) to ensure efficient, client‑aligned service.
• Attract new corporate clients that fit the bank’s strategic profile.
• Participate in networking events, business fairs and sector conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Completed Master’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar roles within the banking or financial sector.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk and structure appropriate banking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, including credit lines, leasing, factoring and treasury services.
• Capability to monitor profitability, risk and growth indicators and make strategic decisions.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, critical analysis and collaborative work style.
