Ingeniero de Sistemas – Administrador de Plataforma Transaccional

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the operation and proper functioning of a transactional platform. The role includes monitoring the system, handling incidents, coordinating with suppliers and overseeing maintenance, improvements and implementations to ensure continuity, availability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the transactional platform.
• Supervise POS devices, validators and related equipment.
• Respond to and follow up on technological incidents.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and solutions with external providers.
• Manage user accounts, profiles and access rights.
• Participate in implementations, testing and platform enhancements.
• Validate system closures and generate reports.
• Track SLA compliance and operational indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in system or platform administration.
• Experience with transactional platforms, POS or payment media.
• Availability to handle critical incidents as needed.

Required skills

• SQL Server and/or Oracle database knowledge.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with POS devices and transaction processing.
