Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator, Advisor Partnerships, supports UJV’s growth by handling the logistical details behind business development initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, Directors, and external partners, the coordinator ensures events, familiarisation trips, and client‑facing activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise company participation in networking events, trade shows and conferences, managing invitations, RSVPs, registrations and event materials.
• Plan and execute Familiarisation (FAM) trips, creating detailed itineraries for flights, accommodation, transport and activities using FamGuru.
• Gather post‑trip feedback to strengthen partner relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Support client gifting programmes, including flowers, e‑gift cards and branded items, and assist with year‑end gift purchasing.
• Assist in webinar preparation – registration, Zoom setup and material distribution.
• Collaborate on special projects, override tracking, invoice management and agreement filing.
• Generate production reports from Tableau and other platforms for account reviews and client meetings.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, events or related support roles.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality, travel or business‑development environments is a plus.
