About the role
This position is for a semi‑skilled production operator who will perform non‑critical tasks in a food processing environment, following established procedures, policies and processes to meet the production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute second‑level operational activities that are non‑critical and semi‑skilled, ensuring productivity and adherence to production, quality and food safety standards.
- Carry out assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload targets for each area.
- Produce according to quality, safety and governmental regulations, complying with technical specifications and the HACCP system.
- Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper operation and appropriate use.
Required profile
- Primary education completed up to sixth grade.
- At least one year of experience in similar roles within poultry or meat production plants.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM).
