Remote Client Service / Sales Agent – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a remote Client Service / Sales Agent to support a financial services company. You will engage with existing and prospective clients by phone, gather their questions, and funnel qualified prospects to the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage client communication via calls, SMS, and email using the company’s CRM.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales/closing team.
• Log all client interactions accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service and sales.
• Fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to prioritize call quality over volume.
• Located in Latin America to align with Pacific Time working hours.
• Performance‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM platform (including marketing, email, SMS, appointment scheduling, and AI features).

What we offer

• Payment in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
• Remote work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑2 PM PT (approximately 20‑25 hours per week).
• Training on the financial industry and internal processes.
