Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our Professional Services team and are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant who thrives on building and configuring solutions rather than just advising. In this hands‑on role you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce implementations, from onboarding to ongoing retainer work, ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and build Salesforce solutions within client engagements, including platform setup, workflow configuration, and customizations.
• Execute onboarding implementations and retainer projects on schedule, handling data migration, integration, and technical troubleshooting.
• Deliver client enablement training, documentation, and handover to ensure customers can operate the built solutions.
• Own technical QA, manage change implementation, and accurately track time against projects for billing and utilization.
• Identify reusable patterns and provide feedback to the Product Solutions Manager for potential productization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on configuration/implementation experience with Salesforce and a PSA or SaaS platform.
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills across data, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and configured outcomes.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required).
• Client‑facing delivery and enablement experience.
