Virtual Assistant & Channel Manager for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant and Channel Manager to support the management of short‑term rental properties. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests and ensure listings are accurately represented across multiple booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and messages promptly.
• Manage property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other platforms.
• Update calendars and availability across all channels.
• Process booking requests and send confirmations.
• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Address guest issues and concerns quickly.
• Maintain accurate property information online.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Experience with channel management for short‑term rentals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs, Turbo Tenant.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, reliable and proactive.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (10:00 AM‑2:00 PM CT).
• Payment in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
