About the role

The Technical Analyst I in Cyber‑Resilience will ensure business continuity by leading the recovery of cyber incidents and protecting the organization’s critical services. The role involves identifying and evaluating cybersecurity risks, implementing mitigation measures, and delivering rapid, effective responses to threats.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and simulate cyber‑resilience plans to validate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and enforce policies that prevent cyber‑attacks and support incident response.
• Apply AI and Machine Learning tools for threat detection and analysis.
• Conduct ethical hacking, penetration testing, OSINT and BAS testing to uncover vulnerabilities.
• Manage vulnerability management tools and integrate DevSecOps practices.

Required profile

• Closed‑curriculum degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT Systems Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber‑resilience testing, simulations, and policy development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and propose mitigation strategies.
