About the role

We are seeking a Resident Architect to lead luxury residential construction projects in the high‑end A and A+ segment. The role involves overseeing all phases of the build, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the execution of luxury residential construction projects.
• Coordinate on‑site teams, manage material planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of architectural drawings and efficient on‑site execution.
• Monitor project progress to guarantee compliance with schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in high‑end residential projects (segment A/A+).
• Willingness to work on projects located in Atitlán.
• Flexible schedule and strong leadership on construction sites.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
