About the role

We are looking for a Technical Design Lead Architect to transform architectural concepts and commercial needs into technically viable, quantified solutions ready for execution. The role goes beyond visual rendering; it requires a deep understanding of how each solution is manufactured, anchored, installed, and built on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical planning of commercial, corporate and industrial projects from concept to hand‑over to Operations.
• Develop functional, aesthetic and technically executable architectural proposals.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, workshop drawings, elevations, sections, details and modularizations.
• Design and document installation solutions, sub‑structures, anchors, fixings, joints, terminations and material transitions.
• Interpret architectural, structural, electrical and specialty drawings.
• Conduct technical surveys and field visits to validate dimensions and real‑world conditions.
• Identify interferences, construction risks, installation constraints and discrepancies between design and site.
• Prepare quantifications, bill of materials, material lists and waste criteria.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, structural calculators, contractors and installers.
• Produce technical scopes, descriptive memoranda, product data sheets and documentation for quotes and tenders.
• Ensure complete, clear and approved information before purchasing, fabrication or installation.
• Supervise and guide the planning team, assign tasks and review deliverable quality.
• Manage client‑requested changes and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Support technical meetings and presentations with clients, designers, supervisors and contractors.

Required profile

• Graduate in Architecture with active professional registration or ability to register.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning, technical design, construction or project execution.
• Experience in commercial/industrial architecture, façades, metal structures or specialized construction systems is desirable.
• Practical knowledge of anchors, fixings, sub‑structures, profiling and basic structural behavior.
• Ability to understand and coordinate structural criteria with engineers and specialists.
