Asistente de Logística – Zona 9

About the role

Prohygiene Guatemala is looking for a proactive Logistics Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of its operational activities in Zone 9 of Guatemala City. The role combines office work with occasional field visits to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate installations, services, and work routes.
• Track work orders, resolve client complaints, and close routes.
• Prepare operational control and follow‑up reports.
• Assist in documentation for technician access to client sites.
• Conduct occasional emergency visits to client locations.
• Deliver equipment or materials to technicians as needed.
• Audit technicians at the end of their routes.
• Update information using management tools.

Required profile

• University studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Customs, or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with a management tool or logistics system.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Valid driver’s license (type B preferred, type C acceptable with experience).
• Willingness to work occasional field visits in Zone 9.

• Base salary of Q4,252.28 plus a fixed bonus of Q3,000 and KPI bonus up to Q500 after the third month.
