About the role

The organization is looking for a professional to manage continuous improvement and strengthening of Information Technology processes, ensuring alignment with the IT Strategic Plan and supporting audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive self‑assessment initiatives and align control processes.
• Ensure timely handling of internal and external IT audits.
• Manage implementation of improvement plans derived from audit findings.
• Coordinate and follow up on internal, external audits and control area reviews.
• Oversee proper management of contracts with suppliers.
• Implement self‑evaluation methodologies and risk measurement practices.
• Review and ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Manage projects assigned by the IT Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of system auditing and project management.
• Familiarity with banking laws and regulations.
• Experience in drafting audit reports and responding to audit inquiries.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system audit or project management.
