Auxiliar de Ventas - Ciudad Guatemala

About the role

Cargill is seeking a permanent Assistant Driver II to support the movement of goods, materials and products across Guatemala. The role is based in Ciudad de Guatemala and does not include relocation assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading, unloading and delivering products.
• Collaborate on the handling of goods and ensure proper temperature control of equipment and products.
• Complete daily logistics and delivery reports for the supervisor.
• Ensure timely delivery of agency orders.
• Participate in vehicle washing and routine maintenance.
• Invoice customers for product deliveries.
• Perform other general duties as required.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Primary or secondary education completed.
• Ability to read and write Spanish fluently.
• Physical capability to bend, climb stairs, kneel, squat and safely lift up to 25 kg.
• Comfort working in indoor and outdoor conditions, including temperatures down to 4 °C and environments with noise, dust or chemicals while using personal protective equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
