About the role
We are seeking energetic bilingual sales professionals to join the TravelPass team at Allied Global in Plaza Zona 4. The position offers a fixed afternoon schedule (2 pm‑9 pm) and allows you to keep your mornings free while earning uncapped commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Attend paid training and nesting sessions (Monday‑Friday, 1 pm‑10 pm) before starting production.
- Work the fixed production shift from 14:00 to 21:00, Monday‑Friday.
- Earn income through a base salary plus uncapped sales commissions and incentives.
Required profile
- English proficiency at C1 conversational level (85%+ fluency).
- Available to start on September 14, 2026.
- Willing to work 100% on‑site at Plaza Zona 4, Guatemala City.
- High‑school diploma not required.
