Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive in a fast‑growing startup environment. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua. You will combine high‑level administrative support with operational improvements to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
• Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare dashboards and support project coordination.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and enthusiastic about AI applications.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
• Salary raises every six months.
