Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive in a fast‑growing startup environment. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to apply your leadership experience to high‑level administrative and operational tasks while working from anywhere in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, generate reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and handle multiple responsibilities independently.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
