Key responsibilities

• Research travel options based on client preferences and requirements.
• Assist with booking and reservation requests, reviewing availability and applicable options.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services.
• Verify reservation information for accuracy and provide confirmations with important details.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and follow‑up when additional information is needed.
• Maintain accurate booking records and communicate professionally with clients and service providers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable using online systems and able to prioritize requests and deadlines.
• Previous experience in booking, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is helpful.
