Business-to-Business Sales Representative - LATAM - Phase V

About the role

Phase V Fulfillment provides 3PL order fulfillment services for ecommerce and direct‑to‑consumer merchants. We are looking for a Business‑to‑Business (B2B) Sales Representative to build relationships with companies across Latin America that need warehousing and fulfillment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage prospective business clients through outbound outreach and follow‑up activities.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and business objectives.
• Present fulfillment and warehousing solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.
• Build long‑term relationships and maintain regular follow‑up throughout the sales process.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Meet established sales and performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related sales role.
• English proficiency at B level or higher.
• Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment services is highly preferred but not required.

What we offer

• 100% remote position with a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (9:00 AM‑5:00 PM ET).
• Starting base salary of $1,400 USD per month plus commission.
• 15 days of paid time off (PTO) and weekends off.
• Technical setup requirements: Windows 10/11 PC, reliable high‑speed wired internet, quiet workspace, and a USB headset with noise‑cancelling microphone.
