About the role
We are looking for a motivated cook to join our new venue that blends music and gastronomy. The position is part‑time, night‑shift (Thursday to Sunday) in zone 4 of Guatemala City.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory and prepare food production ensuring the highest quality.
- Create and update the food menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in service areas before, during and after each shift.
- Coordinate closely with bar, service and administrative teams.
Required profile
- Availability to work Thursday through Sunday, night hours.
- Previous experience in bar and restaurant kitchens.
- Knowledge of food chain processes, cold‑chain handling and industrial safety.
- Proactive, friendly, organized, with a professional appearance and good communication skills.
