About the role

We are looking for a passionate Odoo Consultant to join our growing team at Xetechs Group. You will help businesses scale and become more efficient by delivering tailored ERP solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing according to client requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose technology‑driven improvements.
• Provide end‑user training and post‑implementation technical support.
• Work closely with the development team to design custom solutions and modules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business workflows in finance, supply chain, and HR.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
