Consultor(a) Fullstack Developer – Centroamérica

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Fullstack Developer Consultant to join its Central American teams. You will work on modern web applications, collaborating with multidisciplinary groups to deliver high‑quality solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using contemporary frontend and backend technologies.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for business‑critical solutions.
• Participate in analysis, development, testing, and technical documentation activities.
• Apply best practices in version control, code quality, and object‑oriented programming.
• Collaborate with team leaders and peers, sharing knowledge and learning from diverse projects.

Required profile

• Degree or current student in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional software development experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras or Nicaragua.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js or similar.
• Backend technologies: Node.js.NET, Java.
• Object‑oriented programming and REST API development.
