Content Creator – Hybrid Role in Guatemala City

About the role

As a Content Creator at Sherpa Consulting Agency you will shape the digital voice of our clients by planning, producing and publishing engaging material across social media, websites, newsletters and presentations. The position is full‑time and hybrid, allowing you to work both from our Guatemala City office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain editorial calendars aligned with client objectives.
• Write and design copy and visual concepts for multiple digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and technology teams to translate business goals into clear messages.
• Adapt content for different formats, audiences and platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse feedback and propose data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong storytelling ability and capacity to adjust tone for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time‑management skills in a hybrid environment.
• Creative mindset with initiative and willingness to experiment with new formats.
