Coordinador Corporativo de Operaciones en Restaurantes

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Operations Coordinator to oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensure service standards, and drive performance through KPI monitoring and actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and service standards across all branches.
• Track operational, service, and productivity KPIs and report results.
• Identify performance deviations and develop action plans together with branch managers.
• Monitor personnel matters such as performance, attendance, and coverage.
• Present findings, progress, and critical issues to the Operations Management team.
• Inspect and follow up on infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine‑dining environments.
• Proven background as a Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work with performance indicators.
• Strong analytical and follow‑up capabilities.
• Own reliable transportation and willingness to work weekends and travel to various sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
