Corporate Recruiter

About the role

IntouchCX is looking for a proactive Corporate Recruiter to lead hiring across all levels of the organization, from front‑line staff to senior executives. You will shape talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple open requisitions and the inflow of applicants.
• Screen, evaluate, and select candidates for interview stages.
• Coordinate phone, video, and on‑site interviews with hiring managers.
• Leverage advertising, social media, presentations, and professional networks to build candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call‑center or similar environment.
• HR Generalist background preferred.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field considered an asset.
• Operational experience within a contact‑center environment considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and manage multiple tasks accurately.
