Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for analyzing and validating new client applications for credit cards, ensuring compliance with internal credit and risk policies, and mitigating potential risks. The role also provides timely assistance to existing customers regarding their financial product inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze information collected by Sales Executives to detect inconsistencies and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Review and validate client profiles according to established credit and risk guidelines.
• Document and manage operational controls to guarantee adherence to internal processes.
• Organize and maintain documentation required for client files.
• Provide prompt support to customers, answering questions related to their credit cards.
• Administer and monitor the inventory of cards assigned to various service centers.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure proper custody of assets.
• Report and follow up on data discrepancies to minimize operational risk.

Required profile

• Graduate with a diversified background.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic inventory handling skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication.
• 0–1 year experience in credit evaluation, customer service, or related areas.
• Attention to detail, organized, result‑focused.
• Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday off.
• Ability to travel to up to five nearby sales points.
