Delivery Director – Remote (Technology Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Director to lead multicultural, globally‑distributed teams delivering technology projects for high‑profile clients such as Google and innovative Silicon Valley startups. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, ensuring project success from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using Agile methodologies across a portfolio of software outsourcing engagements.
• Collaborate with the PMO to define processes, forecasts, and strategies for a team of Project Managers.
• Maintain alignment with HR policies and support delivery managers, escalating critical issues to the VP when needed.
• Manage budgets, personnel, and time‑and‑materials contracts while ensuring compliance with established methodologies.
• Facilitate transparent communication between Project Managers, customers, and Account VPs, securing satisfaction throughout each project.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software outsourcing project management, including Personnel, Time‑and‑Materials, and budget oversight.
• Strong customer orientation and proven ability to handle complex client issues.
• Background as a Software Engineer with a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
