Director de Operaciones – Construcción Vertical

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Operations to lead the vertical construction division of RV4. The role oversees the full execution of a portfolio of high‑rise projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct multiple vertical construction projects simultaneously, managing schedules, budgets and quality.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, site supervisors and multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Anticipate deviations and make timely decisions on critical path, resources, costs and contractors.
• Coordinate strategically with Procurement, Finance, Commercial and other internal functions.
• Provide reliable forecasts and executive visibility on portfolio performance.
• Drive a disciplined, efficient, predictable and profitable operation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in vertical construction and real‑estate development.
• Experience managing several high‑complexity projects at the same time.
• Strong leadership of Project Managers, site supervisors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to anticipate problems, make decisions and be accountable for overall operational results.
• Excellent analytical and executive‑level communication skills.
