Encargado de Mantenimiento Electricista

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities across our City Core facilities, ensuring smooth operation, property preservation and a positive experience for visitors and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve corrective maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain overall building functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Basic education level; technical training in industrial electricity is preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in general building maintenance for malls, hotels, offices or similar properties.
• Experience with plumbing, masonry, general repairs, drywall and painting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and strong attention to detail.
