About the role

The Engineering Program Manager will lead large‑scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and ensuring timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end lifecycle of complex technical programs, from strategic planning to deployment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among diverse engineering units and stakeholders.
• Define and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with long‑term technology strategy.
• Implement and refine program management frameworks to boost operational efficiency and team velocity.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
• Report program status, risks, and strategic decisions to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy with experience shaping technical strategy at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with cross‑team coordination and program management frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
