About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead the clinic’s operations, ensuring that sales targets and clinical quality standards are met while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control resources and activities set by the Board to achieve sales goals.
• Execute administrative processes in line with company policies.
• Evaluate performance, verify achievements and supervise customer service.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, quality control, and bio‑security standards.
• Coordinate and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage agendas, billing, closures and inventory control.
• Track commercial indicators and ensure compliance with sales and clinical quality targets.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting and senior management on administrative matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Hospitality & Tourism, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience as a branch manager in dental clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, clinical labs or similar settings.
• Experience supervising at least 15 multidisciplinary staff members.
• Proven experience in B2C customer service and sales, including objection handling and consultative selling.

What we offer

• Base salary of Q7,000 per month
• KPI bonus of Q3,000 per month

• Full‑time onsite schedule: Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm, Sat 8 am‑5 pm
