Graphic Design Intern (Remote)

About the role

XrossOver Sports is looking for creative, motivated students to join its fully remote graphic design internship. You will work with a multicultural team across the United States, Guatemala and Colombia, gaining hands‑on experience on real projects while developing your digital design skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Create visual presentations and corporate documents.
• Produce visual assets for the app and website, such as banners, illustrations and icons.
• Maintain visual consistency with XrossOver’s brand identity.
• Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen the company’s visual communication.

Required profile

• Current student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital design tools.
• Creative mindset with initiative to propose new visual concepts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Interest in branding, visual marketing and digital communication.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva (or similar design platforms)
• UI/UX design (preferred)
• Responsive design and prototyping (preferred)
