Graphic Designer – Remote

About the role

Mazzanti Technologies is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its fully remote team. You will support marketing, branding, sales, recruitment and corporate communications by producing visual assets that strengthen the brand and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, infographics, advertisements, case studies and promotional materials.
• Create graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns and social media platforms.
• Develop visual assets for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, onboarding and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership and other departments to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Produce and edit digital content including banners, illustrations and visual campaigns.
• Assist in creating event, webinar, trade‑show and partner marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and AI‑assisted creative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, business development or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Located in Guatemala and able to work fully remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ConnectWise or Salesforce.
