Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the full commercial strategy and management process, from planning and negotiation to implementation and follow‑up of agreements. The role ensures effective execution at points of sale and drives sales growth, profitability and market share while building sustainable strategic relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers across multiple commercial channels, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Design, implement and monitor commercial plans together with Sales and Marketing teams, aligning them with corporate objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and ensure achievement of short‑, medium‑ and long‑term targets.
• Track sales indicators and monitor goal attainment.
• Conduct market analysis, plan PSI activities and coordinate with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts and multiple commercial channels.
• Strategic vision with a strong results orientation.
• Analytical ability and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent planning, organization and follow‑up skills.
• Knowledge of Sell‑In, Sell‑Out and PSI processes and commercial planning.
