Legal Manager – Corporate & Engineering Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Lawyer to lead legal and compliance strategies across our multinational branches and engineering services projects. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on contract management and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee legal and compliance affairs for the company’s multinational branches and engineering services projects.
• Manage, review, and advise on all contracts to support regular business operations.
• Draft standard legal documentation and assist with business certification registration and renewal.
• Identify and manage legal risks associated with engineering services projects, providing support for dispute resolution and negotiations.
• Perform any other tasks related to the position as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or higher; bar exam passed (non‑negotiable).
• Minimum 3 years of legal practice (5 years preferred).
• Strong background in civil, labor, and commercial legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Confident negotiator with a proactive attitude.
