About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Architectural Design Leader to drive the full lifecycle of residential, commercial, corporate, real‑estate and interior projects. The role blends hands‑on design work with team leadership, ensuring high‑quality outcomes from concept to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conceptual and architectural development for diverse project types.
• Translate client needs, budget, context and user requirements into clear, creative, and feasible solutions.
• Participate directly in design, 3D modeling, spatial resolution, material selection and presentation preparation.
• Define design criteria and guidelines for the team.
• Assign responsibilities, set priorities and monitor delivery of deliverables.
• Mentor and evaluate team members through reviews and performance feedback.
• Review plans, 3D models, visualizations and presentations before client delivery.
• Identify inconsistencies, omissions and risks early in the process.
• Ensure continuity between architectural design, technical planning, specialty coordination and execution.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, hydraulic‑sanitary, mechanical and other consultants.
• Assess technical, constructability and budget feasibility of design decisions.
• Participate in client meetings, site surveys and field visits.
• Communicate and defend design proposals with clarity and openness.
• Maintain organized, traceable documentation with version control.
• Promote consistent work processes, deadline adherence and a culture of shared quality.
• Integrate AI tools responsibly to enhance exploration, visualization, analysis and communication while ensuring result accuracy.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development.
• Proven experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
