Marketing & Onboarding Specialist for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital marketing presence. You will guide new clients through onboarding, train them on social‑media tools, and develop brand‑consistent marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions to set up accounts and tools for agents and clients.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising social‑media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Train clients on effective real‑estate marketing using social platforms.
• Create visually appealing posts, flyers, banners and other materials using Canva.
• Design professional email signatures that align with brand guidelines.
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing tactics with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Ensure consistent branding and content across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong Canva/design skills with an eye for branding.
• Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of the real‑estate or short‑term‑rental industry is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical tools in a simple, user‑friendly way.
• Organised and able to manage multiple onboarding sessions.
