Médico Ocupacional – Clínica Interna y SSO

About the role

Envía de Guatemala, a logistics and last‑mile delivery company, is looking for an Occupational Physician to manage its internal clinic and lead the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with regular daytime hours and no night shifts or emergency duties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑employment medical examinations for new hires.
• Provide general medical consultations to employees at the internal clinic.
• Design, implement, and monitor the company’s Occupational Health and Safety program.
• Maintain up‑to‑date medical records and employee health files.
• Assist in preparing occupational health reports and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor and Surgeon degree (Médico y Cirujano).
• Active professional license (Colegiado activo) – mandatory.
• Experience in corporate clinic settings (preferred).
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (SSO) topics (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zone 14, Guatemala City.
• Availability Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 and half‑day Saturday.
